Too many children are leading forgotten lives in barren, dangerous places. They are scratching for a living without parental care. Many are neglected or even persecuted by their own governments, ignored by international media and missed by large overseas aid agencies.
Children on theEdge is a small but effective organisation that exists for these forgotten children. They focus on those that out of the spotlight, surviving on the margins of their societies across the globe.
Throughout this advent countdown, we’ll find out how they bring life, hope, colour and fun through their work, and restore the ingredients of a full childhood to children living on the edge.
