1 o'clock salad of Baby Spinach, Buffalo Mozzarella, Vine Tomatoes, sweet-ripe Figs, Bell-pepper dusted in sea-salt and cracked pepper...
3 o'clock snack of juice-popping Pomegranate, plump Kiwi, tangy Clementines, fresh Avocado and chilli dressed in Liquorice sauce...
